Non-standard automation equipment assembly structures and the process description

time2019/12/31

Non-standard automation equipment is being applied more and more widely, and the assembly process of non-standard automation equipment directly affects the realization mode of the overall function, the structure layout, the control mode and the detection method of the assembly equipment. Let's introduce the structures of non-standard automated assembly equipment and the assembly processes for you.

Non-standard automatic assembly machines are divided into three types according to their structures

(1) The flexible assembly unit performs various assembly work according to the program at one fixed station by means of one or more robots.

(2) The multi-station flexible synchronous system consists of a fixed or dedicated assembly line through a transmission mechanism, the system is controlled by a computer, individually programmable and the station is optional,  therefore the system is flexible

(3) Flexible automatic assembly machine with combined structure

This structure is a combination of the equipment, tools and control devices required for assembly, and the machine can be enclosed or placed inside the protective device.

The assembly process of non-standard automated assembly machine

1. Detection procedure

The inspection process includes examination, inspection and testing of assembled components, the inspection process guarantees the assembly quality on one hand, such as whether the loaded parts are defective, whether the positions of the loaded parts are accurate, the dimensional accuracy, the sealing quality and the assembly quality after loaded, etc., on the other hand, the inspection process deals with various faults during the assembly process.

2. Adjustment process

The adjustment process is correction of the component position with installation deviation after the assembly process.

3. Auxiliary process:

The auxiliary process includes cleaning, marking, sorting of the assembly parts.

       4. Machining process:

On some automatic assembly equipment, one or several specific parts are machined during the process of installing and fixing parts.
